Self Organized Programs

 

The Japan Foundation organizes screenings of Japanese film retrospectives at educational institutions such as universities.

 

 

Support Program for Film and TV Program Production on Japan

 

To promote Japanese studies and a better understanding of Japan abroad, this program provides assistance for the production of films, TV programs, and other audio-visual materials.

Japanese Film Library

 

The Japan Foundation, New York provides Japanese film series at educational institutions such as universities, bringing Japanese arts and culture to underserved areas of the US.

 

Japanese Contemporary Literature Project

 

The Japan Foundation offers the Japanese Contemporary Literature Project. All are invited to participate.

 

 

Support Program for Translation and Publication on Japan

 

This program provides support to projects relating to translating and/or publishing Japanese works in the humanities, social sciences and the arts.
